NEW RICHMOND – Details have been received here of the death of a former Linden resident, Mark "Bud" Parker, brother of Mrs. Blanche Rich of Rt. 1, New Richmond. Mr. Parker died April 21 at his home in Lansing, Ill., at the age of 66. Funeral services were held April 24 with burial in Elwood Cemetery at Hammond, Ind. Mr. Parker was a painting contractor and had lived in Lansing the past 30 years. Survivors, in addition to the sister, include the widow, Mrs. Alice Parker; a son, Tarvin Parker of Lansing; two daughters, Mrs. Maxine Warner of Crete, Ill., and Mrs. Mary Lou Archer of Calumet City, Ill.; eight grandchildren, and a great-grandchild.
